- Your Name, Address, Day/Evening Phone Number, E-mail address, check or money order payable to "Glove, Inc."
- Fielder's Glove: $50.00, First Base or Catcher's Mitt: $55.00. *Add $7.00 for shipping and handling if we are mailing your glove back to you.
- We recommend you use USPS Priority Mail. It's cost effective and reliable.
- Call us at (617) 230-3371 with any questions or email us at JRMurphyandSon@gloveinc.com.
- If for any reason your glove is damaged far beyond our ability to restore, we will mail it back to you, along with your payment and our recommendations.
